Jason Purcell is the Vice President and Co-founder of Certified Mortgage Planners and views CMP as a Coaching Company doing mortgages. Making a difference in others' lives is what makes Jason tick; whether at home with his family, amongst friends, at CMP, or for the clients and partners we are blessed to serve. Jason holds the nationally accredited designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist^®, 1 of 26 in the State of Florida.
When not in the office, you can find Jason cheering for his daughter, Sierra at a soccer game, his son, Jared at a football game, enjoying time at the beach with the family, or on date nights with his wife, Shannon or one of the kids. Outside of his family, Jason's passions are surfing and training for triathlons.

Stacy brings 19 years of industry experience to Certified Mortgage Planners and the Jason Purcell Team, serving our community as a Mortgage Consultant for more than 14 years. She also has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Business from Florida State University.
Stacy is able to give sound advice by truly listening and pairing clients with a mortgage plan that best serves their financial needs. Stacy is thrilled to be working with Certified Mortgage Planners where improving lives and fulfilling dreams is a focus.
When Stacy isn't creating clients for life - she loves spending time with Todd, her husband of 12 years and 5 year old daughter, Sofia. She enjoys traveling, movies, swimming, bike riding and sharing time with friends and family.

B.J. Sellers is Co-Founder and Partner for Certified Mortgage Planners located in Lake Mary, Florida. He holds the nationally accredited designation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist^®. After graduating with a B.S. from SUNY Geneseo, B.J. worked for SunTrust Bank. B.J.'s ultimate goal is to help his clients achieve their long and short term financial and family goals. Teaching the skills of systematically saving, investing, and using the home to grow the clients' net worth are the tools B.J. uses. When he isn't demonstrating how clients should prioritize their monthly cash flow, you might find B.J. hiking a 14,000 ft peak in Colorado or canoeing down the Wekiva River with his wife Tracy, daughter Addie and their yellow lab, Okee.

Team Leader

Rich Condon is a Team Leader with Certified Mortgage Planners. He spent six years with Bank of America as a Sales Manager, and then helped more families achieve the dream of homeownership with Mercantile/TD Bank. Prior to his mortgage profession, Rich enjoyed 10 years with our Orlando Magic as a locker room manager, a dream job for a teenager.

Certified Mortgage Planners has allowed Rich the platform to provide unparalleled service and overwhelming value. Rich believes the financing of your home is one of the most important and exciting events in one's financial life. His team takes pride in helping clients achieve financial peace by sharing strategies, providing the tools, and assisting in direction. Rich is a rare Orlando native. When he is not helping families in his community achieve their financial dreams, Rich enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Jennifer, and newborn son, Spencer.

We are excited to have Steve Intrieri as part of the Certified Mortgage Planners Team. Steve brings 12 years of Mortgage, Banking and Financial Services experience. Steve has a passion for teaching families how to prioritize their take home pay in efforts to reduce debt and invest in their future. He treats every client as if they were family, tailoring mortgage plans that are specific to achieving their goals and dreams. In 2006, Steve was nominated by the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers Central Florida Chapter as Broker of the year. Steve also served on the FAMB State Board of Directors for 2 years. Steve not only holds a mortgage license, but also holds his Securities, Insurance and Annuities licenses. Prior to joining CMP, Steve owned and operated Abraham Lending Corporation in Altamonte Springs for 5 years. Steve enjoys spending time with his girlfriend Giselle and has a passion for motorcycles.

Kevin has over 10 years experience and has helped hundreds of client's finance their homes. Kevin was born and raised in Winter Park and has a Bachelor and Masters Degree from UCF.

In depth interviews help future homeowners understand what is realistic, reasonable and determine what their potential and priorities will be when purchasing or refinancing their home.
Lynette also has served the Community and Realtor Partners with the knowledge of Down Payment Assistance and Neighborhood Stabilization Programs, along with being able to teach buyers the advantage of the FHA Rehab 203K Program. This Special Government program allows you to update and/or renovate during your new purchase with one loan!
Lynette enjoys spending time with her husband Carmine on cruise ships, while her two sons tackle college.

Steve Greek is a 19 year veteran as a Loan Originator/Mortgage Consultant in the Residential Mortgage Industry. Steve takes the title "Consultant" very seriously and is passionate about helping folks do the right things financially so they can achieve the life of their dreams.

By integrating a consultative, advice-based approach with an unwavering commitment to a "client-first" mentality, Steve has been blessed and honored to call thousands of clients Raving Fans and Friends.

Steve's life outside the mortgage planning world typically involve participating with or watching his 3 teenage kids (2 sons, Seth & Caleb, surrounding his daughter, Hannah) compete and perform in basketball, volleyball, acting, singing and dancing (last 3...not so much the boys!). Right now that doesn't leave a whole lot of room for his primary "for me" passion, which is golf. But, he's always open to an invitation to a round...and makes for a pretty decent addition to a Scramble or Captain's Choice format!

Tom has built an excellent reputation by truly defining himself as a mortgage advisor. His passion is creating home loans that make sense, given his client's long and short term investment strategies and retirement objectives.

Tom lives in Clermont with his twin girls. Together they enjoy boating, jet skiing, tennis and bicycling.

Tom is on the board of directors for the South Lake Chamber of Commerce, South Lake Community Foundation, and the Pig on the Pond Board. He currently co chairs the Fiscal Committee for the First United Methodist Church. He enjoys being part of the community and raising money for education. "My vision is to teach my children to give back to the community that has given them so much to be thankful for".

Certified Mortgage Planners welcomes Lori Dickson to our team of mortgage loan originators. She has over 18 years of mortgage and finance experience. Lori’s integrity and honesty is displayed throughout each of her loan transactions and she works closely with each borrower to assist and advise them. Lori is passionate about creating true value for her clients by helping them achieve a financial plan and a mortgage loan that best suits their needs.
If Lori is not helping a family with a home mortgage you can find her traveling or spending time with her two daughters, Jocelyn and Chelsey.

Aime has a full understanding of all components of mortgage lending, having already experienced 20 years of processing, closing, and funding mortgage loans. Aime earned her Bachelor's degree in business from the University of Florida, and is a life-long learner. Melissa Erlacher joined Certified Mortgage Planners from Bank of America where she successfully served as the branch manager's Executive Assistant and Processor for 5 years. Melissa is one of our Relationship Managers and sees her primary role as creating "Raving Fan" clients who are excited to tell others about us. Melissa is a trusted teammate and plays an integral role in the world-class mortgage experience our clients receive and deserve. Melissa is a life long resident of Orlando, FL, married to a City of Orlando Fireman/EMT and a new mommy to a baby girl.

Director of First Impressions

Born in Ohio and raised in Florida, Elaine worked at the Orlando Sentinel before being hired as a flight attendant for United Airlines. She flew for United for over 33 years before retiring in 2003. She lived in Chicago during her United years, but is happy to be back in Florida among family and friends. She will be the first voice you hear when calling us, or the first face you will see when you come to our beautiful office. Elaine looks forward to meeting each of you and making your experience with us a special one.

Chris is a welcome addition to the Certified Mortgage Planners family. Having held his CMPS^® designation since 2007, Chris has built not only a loyal base of raving clients, but a presence in the mortgage industry on a national level.
Chris lives in Sorrento with his wife, Mary, daughter Brianna, and three German Shepherds; Harley, Natasha, and Shelby. He is a dedicated father, husband, and follower of Christ. Chris is a frequent contributor to the local Fox News affiliate as well as several national blogs. He is also a nationally recognized speaker for the mortgage industry and was recently named as one of the Top 25 Most Connected Mortgage Professionals by National Mortgage Professional Magazine.

Client Care Coordinator

Gwen Doherty joined Certified Mortgage Planners after working successfully as an underwriter at JP Morgan Chase and has been a part of the CMP Family for over 10 years. After originally joining our team as a Relationship Manager, Gwen took time off to start a family. Gwen and her husband, Chris are now blessed with two beautiful little girls, Ella and Hailey. Gwen has returned as our Client Care Coordinator and sees her role as helping to create an exceptional client experience from your first contact, through your closing celebration and as your relationship with CMP grows over a lifetime.

Chris Derato has been a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the Orlando area since 1972. During that period of time, he has made thousands of mortgage loans to satisfied customers. Many of those loans were to repeat clients and/or their family and friends who were referred to Chris. He has an envious reputation as a service-oriented professional who works with each client with care and integrity.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Maryland and a former Air Force officer. His wife, Dottie, was an elementary school teacher in the Seminole County School System.

Sandra Lyons brings a unique perspective with over 10 years of real estate experience as home buyer, investor, and Realtor. She understands that a buyers journey starts with a dream and becomes a home. For the past 5 years, Sandra has worked closely with a real-estate team that has consistently made the top 100 realtors by Orlando Magazine. Realtors, Loan Officers and Home Buyers have to work together as a team, and Sandra understands the importance of this from personal experience in all three positions. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Business. When she’s not working, she loves spending time traveling, scuba diving and boating with her dogs and family.

James (Jim) Cardell has been a Licensed Mortgage Professional for 4 years and a Licensed Insurance Agent for 11 years. He has the unique ability to discuss your mortgage and insurance needs at the same time. He has lived in Brevard County for over 30 years and is a native Floridian. As an avid boater and fisherman, Jim can give waterfront homebuyers some much appreciated insight to the local waters. Jim enjoys working with all types of buyers, FHA, VA, Conventional and especially first time homebuyers. He always takes the time to make sure the client has a clear understanding of the whole mortgage process.

To give you a little background about myself, I am a veteran of the Real Estate profession. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 18 years, been a licensed Real Estate Professional and am a homeowner myself. I have a true understanding of all sides of a purchase transaction and know the importance of communication to all parties to make the transaction a success. I started my financial career in Seattle with Washington Mutual in 1991 and have continued to grow in the industry through various aspects of the business. I have had the honor of being on Congressman Bill Posey's Financial Roundtable in 2010 and in 2011. My greatest satisfaction in my career is helping people in our community achieve homeownership, whether it is their first home, their last home or purchasing investment property. What is also important to me is treating people fairly and ethically. I work with people in all price ranges and no matter what the objective is. I feel truly blessed to be a part of such a great business and enjoy the challenges that it sometimes brings.
